Very friendly staff. We had a room in the newly renovated part of the hotel. Good parking possibility in a closed yard behind the hotel.
One person for the whole breakfast area was a little less.

I would love to come back here some time. The hotel met my expectations. It is enchanting with newly decorated rooms and particularly nice views of the garden across the road. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Massimo Theater.

This hotel is like a hidden gem in the heart of the city! The lobby is cozy and the bar serves the most delicious cocktails. The staff is attentive and the meeting rooms are perfect for any event.
Who needs privacy when you can have a transparent shower and a bathroom flood every time you take a shower? Pure luxury!

Same likes as for the previous stay - great staff, breakfast, room, location.
A small discomfort for room 407 - air conditioning was quite weak and it wasn't turned on in advance so the temperature got closer to normal only in the morning.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from popular attractions and restaurants. It was great to be able to explore the city without having to travel too far. Another positive aspect was the spacious room, which had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. It was nice to have the extra space to move around and relax. Additionally, the staff were polite and helpful, making the overall experience more enjoyable.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the room was poorly insulated, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive and made for an uncomfortable experience.

We got great value for our money at Best Western. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a brand new bathroom. The location was perfect, surrounded by good restaurants and close to main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could be improved by offering coffee or tea without having to pay for the entire breakfast.

the hotel was fairly clean, the room was spacious and impressive and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. my room included central heating, pay tv, and a laptop-compatible safe. and there was a pleasant view over city. the service was perfect, the food was fresh. also, free wi-fi worked throughout the property. i came here for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay.
